"These were terrific. My huband and I never attempted to make them because we thought it would be too difficult....little did we know...We doubled the recipe and after they dried, we cooked some and froze the rest. Curious to see if the frozen ones will still be as good. Thanks for posting your recipe....it brings back many wonderful memories..."

"We really enjoyed this although we baked them rather than deep fry them. I think deep frying would have been much better, however these were good and addicting!!! I'll be making them often, perhaps with corn and jalepenos included. Good job Kittencal but anything you make is delicious!!! Thanks"

"I couldn't find the whole chilies so I used the chopped chilies. I think the whole chilies would have given it a different flavor so I can't honestly comment on this recipe. As I made it I wouldn't make it again. My family found it very mild and boring. Sorry"

"This was wonderful. Very moist and flavorful. My husband, son and I were amazed at how the skin shrunk when we poured the hot water over the turkey. So Uncle Bill your method of pouring hot water over the turkey will be the beginning of our Holiday dinners. Thanks for posting but so sad that it took sooooo long for me to find your recipe."

"Wow..Wow..Wow this was delicious! The only thing I did different was to add bean sprouts, red and green peppers and then I combined all in the sauce and served. This was delicious and a definite keeper. First time using the fish sauce and was really impressed with it. Thanks Marie Alice for posting....will be on my exceptional recipe list...."

"Oh my goodness this soup was delightful. My dh and ds loved the smell of it cooking and we all rated this soup 5 stars and up if we could.
