    "YUM! So glad to see this on here! Definitely an American favorite. I have found this recipe listed as "Kentucky Burgoo" elsewhere.In my family, we call it "Macaroni Beef Saute" as it is called in the 1st cookbook my Mom got as a little girl in the late 50's (she is still cooking this and some other recipes out of it!
