"This is a great easy recipe. I used nonfat greek yogurt and substituted 1/2 a cup of whole wheat flour to make the recipe a little healthier and they tasted great! I also added a little bit of lemon zest for some zing. Alton's recipes are always simple and delicious:"

"This recipe was the most delicious red cabbage I have ever had. I used semi-sweet red wine and apple cider vinegar because that's what I had and it turned out great. The cabbage had the perfect amount of sweetness and was perfectly tender after 40 minutes. I added more liquid than called for and just strained the excess before serving. Thanks for ..."

"This gets 5 stars for simplicity and quick prep time! I enjoyed this recipe, the scallops were cooked perfectly and picked up just a hint of flavor from the sauce. Next time I think I will add some fresh herbs and maybe more garlic, but this is a good dish to highlight the flavor of fresh sea scallops."

"This was easy and delicious! I used brown miso and didn't have an orange on hand to zest, and that worked just as well. Nice flavorful dish. I will surely keep this recipe on hand!"

"These cupcakes were fantastic! I made these for a a local cupcake contest and people loved them. I addded some instant coffee to the mix to give them a mocha flavor and it was delicious. I realized after my first try that the recipe makes enough frosting for 2 batches of cupackes, though I didn't mind having some frosting left over because it is ..."

"This frosting is delicious! I used it as a topping for chai cupcakes, and it worked perfectly with all the spices. This frosting would also be great for carrot cake, and I'm sure I'll be using it again. Thanks!"

"This is my first stab at vegan cupcakes, and I have to say that these were quite delicious! I used Tazo tea chai concentrate mixed with the soy milk instead of steeping the tea bags, and it worked well. My only complaint is that these are not as fluffy as regular cupcakes, and reminded me a bit more of a muffin. To make them sweeter I topped mine ..."

"I was very impressed by this recipe! The lemon juice added to the pesto gave the fish a wonderful flavor. I love the tip of using the lemon wedges to prop the fish up out of the juices! I added zucchini to the tomatoes since they are in season and it worked great. Thank you for this simple and deliciuos recipe!"

"The flavors in this recipe are perfect, the pecans and rosemary really complement the mild flavor of the trout. I skipped the horseradish sauce for the fish, it tasted great without it and didn't need the extra calories."
