"We made this for a Canada Day picnic and it was a hit all around. I did follow the suggestions and used sweetlet peas instead of lima beans and that worked very well for us. The salad held up well, was tasty and filling. Will make it again for certain!"

"super easy cookies with a great result. I was looking for a really simple cookie that I could add to a slightly under-filled cookie gift basket and these worked perfectly. Good thing I made a double batch or the gift basket would have remained under-filled! I will definitely be using this recipe as my go-to for peanut butter cookies."

"This is a great traditional Doukhobor borscht. Its rich and delish and has just the right flavor, the peppers and cauliflower add just the right touch. For those of you looking for a bright red Russian borscht, obviously this isn't for you. If you want the pale, cabbagey borscht that is famous in the Grand Forks region of BC Canada, then you're a..."

"I wish I could give more than five stars for these meatballs!! I have always bought pre-made store bought meatballs, just because mine always fell apart or were tough after baking in the oven. I decided to try this recipe when I was having company over one night and wanted to go all the way (I even rolled my own spaghetti noodles and I swear I wi..."

"Truly the best pasta sauce I have ever made! For years I have made my mom's spaghetti sauce and it has served us well. However, I was having company for dinner recently and in the group there was one vegetarian I wanted to feed as well as everyone else. I made a double batch of this recipe, took some out for my vegetarian friend when it had simmer..."

"this was a huge hit! I made a gallon of it for a games night last week, it was gone by the time the snacks were set out and every guest left with the recipe. It did separate quite a bit as it sat, so I left a long spoon in the pitcher so everyone could stir it up before they poured a glassful. Making more of this right now, thanks for the recipe!"
