    "This recipe was easy to follow and absolutely DELICIOUS! I cooked it in the Crockpot and it came out perfectly. Being a vegetarian, I replaced the chicken with chunks of frozen and thawed tofu (freezing it gives it a hearty, toothsome texture. It worked perfectly with the flavors in the dish. Yum! Will definitely make this dish again. And it's so..."
