    "Five stars because proportions and timing were spot on. Thanks, Kittencal! I used red potatoes from the farm and hot Italian sausage.     "I used about 3 T. less olive oil than called for (the original amount just sounded like a lot) and the recipe turned out great. I served this with the marinated salmon recipe I've been making for years. Wonderful dinner, and leftovers were great, too."
