"These are awesome cookies! They baked up great and have a nice chewy texture. I followed the recipe exactly as written. I used dark chocolate chips and unsweetened coconut (the kind you can buy at Asian grocery stores. Not too sweet and just enough "tropical"...just what I was craving. Thanks for a great recipe! I will definitely make these ..."

"These were wonderful and so easy to make!! The last attempt with a different recipe didn't go near as well! Only white ones are sold here and they're so expensive! It's great to have a recipe that is simple, tasty, more healthy and so much cheaper!! I followed the recipe exactly. Thanks for the awesome recipe."

"Great and easy! I cheated and used a 30 oz. can of pinto beans (partially drained--liquid reserved and added some onion powder, garlic powder and 1/2 the amount of seasonings. It was great! Probably not as healthy as starting from scratch, but a great way to make them when you need them and you realize you don't have any canned but have a can ..."

"This is very yummy! I didn't have any plain yogurt on hand so I substituted with water and heated the peanut sauce combination together in the microwave and blended it together and just added it to the cooking chicken/broccoli mixture. I cooked it together until the broccoli was crisp tender. I also didn't have fresh ginger so I used about 1/4 ..."

"Very good!! I thought I had cream cheese, but didn't and didn't have time to run out and get it so I substituted light Vanilla yogurt for it! Since it was already flavored, I only added 1 tsp vanilla and 1 Tbsp of sugar. I used red grapes and walnuts. Very light and refreshing! I'm glad I tried this and I'm sure I'll be making it again...pro..."

"These are really yummy, although I must say that I'm am more of a "brownie" girl. Usually blondies are too sweet for me, but these were really good. Instead of sweetened coconut and pecans, I used unsweetened shredded coconut (can buy at international grocery stores and semisweet chocolate chips. These are chewy and moist. "I thought I followed the recipe to the T but I ended up with a lumpy watery mess. So caution to anyone who makes it...I have no clue what I did wrong...and I'm usually a fairly decent cook...not pro by any means, but I stirred it constantly and no water on any utensils or anything like that either. So I don't know! My (science teacher husband ..."
