    "Very tasty. The filling is not too sweet, which is perfect with the sweet streusel. Everyone liked it. I found the pumpkin flavor muted, but no one else did, so maybe I'm just weird."

    About Me

    I am a student in graduate school with a hidden (or not so hidden) love of cooking/baking. I enjoy lots of sports, but especially running! I just began training for the Akron Marathon in September, so I'm pretty excited for that!! I also like to read, do crossword puzzles, and watch the late shows, like Leno and Letterman. I live with some roommates who are very picky eaters, so I often look for recipes that I can just make one serving, as I am not a huge fan of leftovers. I also have a beautiful kitty named Isabel who enjoys sitting on top of the fridge and supervising my cooking.


    Favorite Foods

    Well my two absolute favorite foods are peanut butter and oatmeal. I have tried putting peanut butter on basically everything, from popcorn to eggs to hamburgers. I just can't find anything that it's not good on! I prefer natural peanut butter because it just tastes so much more peanutty! Also, baked oatmeal is pretty much a staple for me, it's one of my ultimate comfort foods. My favorite foods are definitely ones that are warm and satisfying... I'm a big fan of sweets, so I really need to ration myself!
