    About Me

    Relatively new gluten-free baker.  ^.^

It seems this has become a new hobby for me.

I'm pretty crafty - digital art & websites; making scrapbooks (though I've never gotten into scrapbooking itself); jewelry, cabinets, display cases - just whatever I'm in the mood for.

    Favorite Foods

I love freshly baked bread.  Ironically, until forced into a GF life, I never mastered it.  A dish, perfectly presented is, I admit, almost enough to bring me to tears.

My favorite restaurant is Jakes Grill (not the seafood house) in downtown Portland, OR - where my husband proposed to me.

Though it sounds kinda plain, my favorite homemade dish is tuna casserole, a recipe originally passed on to me from my mother.  I've altered it somewhat over the years, but it still reminds me of her every time I make it.
