"This was good and an interesting change from the regular zuchhini but not really mind blowing for me. I am giving it 4 stars though since I altered the recipe by forgetting to sautee the veggies before baking them and had to bake the casserole a little longer. I added some garlic for an additional punch."

"This turned out great and disappeared quickly! Very moist even with the ww flour and less oil. I added some cinnamon and nutmeg and subbed apricots and figs for the dates since I didn't have any on hand. I will be making this again!"

"I cant believe how easy it was to make this! I upped the cocoa to 5tbsp and added half cup of cold coffee and half cup plain cold water to make it more chocolatey and topped with choc chips. Made a nice, light cake, very crumbly and slightly bitter though. I was too lazy to frost it, but probably should've since the cake was less sweet and too ai..."

"Can't say anything new about this great recipe, it was just perfect! Based on the other reviews, I did reduce the amount of sugar in the cake to 1 &3/4 cups and added a dash of nutmeg and cinnamon to the flour. The frosting was great too, again I reduced the amount of sugar to 2 cups and it was perfect, not stiff enough to pipe but good enough to ..."

"Ok I reallly wanted these to turn out good, but they didnt and I dont know why! I halved the recipe and subbed butter for oil but other than that followed it to the T but my muffins came out more like scones, crispy and very crumbly. Still edible but definitely not cakey/ muffiny."

"My friend had baked this cake and brought it over, and I LOVED it. Decided to try it out, but i was really disappointed. The cake came out rubbery, difficult to cut. The frosting was great though. I followed the recipe to a T, dont know what went wrong! Maybe I'll give it a second shot since I know it can come out great."
