Then I made the mistake of putting it in the refrigerator (the recipe assured me you could, what I got the next day was a couple of cups of oily curdled mess. And no amount of beating would bring it back to its original state. A huge waste of product and time."

"Just made this bread, and it turned out even prettier than the picture. I did change a couple of things though. I used half AP flour and half whole wheat. And I reduced the sugar to half of the stated amount, using half white sugar and half brown. The result was a moist, tasty bread with a crunchy top. A keeper for sure !!!"
