    Outrageous :). The cream cheese filling was a nice surprise, and top it off with chocolate chips, made for a nice different breakfast. The aroma got the kids up too after cracking their doors open. Anyway a very nice late breakfast. Went well with some hot cocca. Worth trying. A great recipe."

    Enjoyed this seeing it was a good night to cook this...damp and rainy. I did leave out the black olives, used some northern beans that I had on hand, and subbed green peppers for the yellow peppers. Very flavorful chili, and with some potato stuffing."

I did scale this down dramatically, by making a 1/2 a quart.. by using 1/8 bottle of brandy, and an 1/8 bottle of Kahula.. that was donated by one of my neighbors, in exchange for a couple of drinks. I also used a 1/3 gallon of vanilla ice cream. The nutmeg, I gradually pinched in to the desired taste, but did use very little,"

    This made for a great soup, for us. Had the guys stop by after the game after sitting in some cold, windy 40 degree temps at the football game. As for the soup, I had my DS make it, as we were on the way home, we decided to leave out the cabbage, and add an extra 1/2 cup of beef stock. The 8 of us loved it, warmed us up, and had great flavors....

    So I made an hour drive to Chicago last week, to get my months worth of meat, at a wholesale place including 5 pounds of these steaks.     Well, I did skip the avocado, and did make this with the guacamole, and added some miniature jalapenos. We did enjoy the sweet potato in this, a very nice twist.
