    "I'm really glad to have this. A relative in Alaska sent a box of halibut. Based on reactions from previous reviewers I used green onion and some Spanish paprika. Also used Eatwell Farm Dried Lemon Salt, no lemon juice but put sliced meyer lemon from our yard on top. The paprika and sliced lemon made it colorful. We were very happy with it."

    "Happy to find this. I used frozen halibut and salmon that my brother caught in Alaska (instead of cod). I added half of a savoy cabbage with the fish. Forgot the lemon but it was still good. I may add the lemon to the leftovers."

    "We kept getting eggplant in our veggie box delivery I was tired of the old ways we cooked it. This was very easy and tasty. Like brokenburner I used barley miso. My guests loved it and I thought is was OK but too sweet. I made it again with Meyer lemons from our tree instead of oranges and really liked it. I'll certainly make it again."

    "We've now made this as meatballs twice for guests and its been a big hit with not too much effort. Both times we used nonfat yogurt and threw in some extra herbs -- what ever was in the garden. We served meatballs with quinoa and greek salad."

    "We made some changes for health and taste of family and then served it with sate on Christmas eve. It was a very big hit.We added shredded carrots and zuchini, upped the garlic, dropped the sugar, reduced the oil and (for grandma) substituted 2-3 pinches of cayenne for the pepper). It was still terrific. We'll have it every year."
