    "You know what, can I just rave about how good this recipe is. Use dried herbs if you don't have fresh, it doesn't matter, it's excellent. I peel the eggplant, I've never tried it with the skins. If you want to serve spaghetti noodles with this, you may want to double the sauce recipe. "

    "You're right, this is the PERFECT chocolate cake. Sooo moist! I made it with Dutch dark cocoa. My family doesn't go for cake, but they went for this!     "The dough for this wonderful recipe made up well in my bread machine. The ounces converted to 3 Tablespoons of sugar and 1 Tablespoon of salt. If you like green olives, 3 or 4 chopped olives in 4 oz of softened cream cheese is a nice option for a spread. I enjoyed preparing and eating these bagels. Thank you!"
