    My Journal

I have no recent activity to share.

    About Me

My father is a commercial fisherman in Alaska, so I ate a lot of fish as a child.

I am a huge advocate for wild salmon.  I believe food should be real and not processed.  I try to eat food as close to the source as possible mostly eating seafood, game and fresh vegetables and fruits.  Packaged prepared foods are not found in my house.

    Favorite Foods

My favorite food is Dungeness crab. I don't like to do anything fancy with it. I like it boiled in salted water and eaten plain. No butter, no cocktail sauce. I also like grilled sockeye salmon.

I cook a lot of pasta in my house. I love clam linguini with wine sauce. I tend to make it on the spicy side.
