Reviewed Pigs in a Blanket (From Scratch)

"Had to go through a list of recipes that called for crescent roll dough-not for me.
Like the addition of cheese. Made as the recipe called for except for an added tablespoon of shortening with the butter. Came out nice and flakey. Used canned cocktail wienies.
    Kids and friends loved them"

    Reviewed Key Lime Tartlets

"Used cream with a bit of maple syrup instead of the sweetened condensed milk.
Cut squares of phyllo dough in muffin tins. Quick and tasty."

    Reviewed Lemon Blackberry Muffins

"Doubled the recipe but used only 1/2 cup sugar. Could have used more sweetener for the kids Used partially thawed blackberrys which worked great. Cooked for 22 min. which left them nice and brown and fluffy. Great recipe, will use again with other fruit."
