"Absolutely delicious! Made almost as written, except only used 1 tbsp of basil as that is all we had and only half a cup of parmesan. Made it twice now. It's a great recipe."

"This is delicious and inexpensive too! I've been making it every couple of months. I substitute diced tomatoes but add in some chili paste or red pepper flakes for some heat. I also add some celery and shredded carrots for color. Thank you for an easy recipe."

"Great recipe. Didn't use the vanilla wafers. Added 1/2 cup nuts to the bottom of the bundt pan. Delicious and a nice presentation. If you're having young ones as guests take care to boil the glaze adequately or you may have tipsy toddlers!"

"This is so close to my mom's recipe that I give it 5 stars right away. Delicious! A little time consuming to make as I usually double or triple the recipe (that's how quickly they get eaten! My mom's recipe only called for 1 cup shortening in the filling and used 4 egg yolks in the cookie instead of whole eggs. Thank you for posting!"

"Great tasting soup. Made a few substitutions: didn't have potato so used chopped turnip, didn't have polish sausage so used ham steak. Unfortunately I also use a purple cabbage. Don't use purple cabbage! The soup comes out with a very unappetizing gray color. Tastes great but only with your eyes closed! Will definately make again with green ..."

"Loved it! I was looking for a way to use cabbage that wasn't a slaw and wasn't boiled. Delicious stir fry. Made it just as written with the four cloves of garlic. Will definately make again. And again!"

"Made this as written, except the orange rind. What a delicious way to eat our orange vegetables. So easy to do, just popped it into the oven with the roast chicken at 325 degrees for 2 hours (I wasn't home and it was all done. Great recipe."
