    About Me

I live in Hertford in England with my husband, son and dog. I love cooking, and love reading recipie books planning meals for my friends. However, I spend so long reading the books, I tend to be put off trying the recipies myself. I find recipezaar a brilliant resource, and try a new recipie every weekend. My first being spinach and ricotta canelloni which is absolutely delicious.

    Favorite Foods

I have included a recipie that I invented. It is a variation on English Cottage Pie. I like foods that are spicy, I love tomatoes, spinach and beef. My favourite nationality of food is Indian (along with many other Brits), Italian and I also love traditional English cooking, Steak and Kidney pie, Fish and Chips, Cornish Pasty. I think English food is very under rated and is well worth discovering. I have put many of my favourite recipies on recipiezaar, some of them are from cookbooks which I have used over and over (I will never buy another cookbook since I have found this site) others are recipies I have invented, extensively modified or adapted.
