"These were so good. I skipped the coriander because I didn't have any. I think I will press the garlic next time for more garlic flavor but other than that amazing. I peeled mine and then let them chill overnight to enjoy the next day. Perfect!"

"This was good, great flavor. Easy to make and cooks faster than most pork chop recipes. I couldn't fit all my chops in my skillet at one time so I went ahead and browned in skillet and then transferred to my baking stone. Came out moist and delicious."

"Excellent!! I used a salmon filet because that is what I had, it still came out beautifully. So quick and easy. This is a keeper. I have made this many times since my first review and it is becoming my favorite. I give my husband a choice and he always chooses this one. Thanks Kittencal for such a great recipe. I always use your recipe first i..."

"I loved it. I am the only one that likes sweet potatoes but I still doubled this recipe and made it just for me. So good. I did forget the egg, just bad memory but didn't miss it. This is my new way to make sweet potatoes and will be making for Christmas dinner with family since more people will eat. Great leftovers too!!! Thank you"
