"Made this yesterday for my mother-in-law's birthday and it was a hit! I did make two changes though, instead of green onions, I used regular white onions and used one can of spicy bean dip to give it a little kick. Will definitely make this again!"

"I'm not a bell pepper fan but the hubby loved it. Said it reminded him of a dish his mom used to make. I only had regular soy sauce on hand so I only put 1/8 cup in. It was still pretty good!"
