"Used coconut oil instead of butter and a gluten free flour mix. Added 1/2tsp of cinnamon and they turned out so great I almost ate the whole pan! My oven runs a little cool so I had to bake for closer to 13-14min (1tbsp sized cookies. Thanks!"

"Yum! Subbed one 3/4c flour for plain rice flour to save some cost and added chocolate chips instead of raisins. Kind of crumbly but moist with good flavour."

"This was pretty yummy! I used peas and shredded zucchini as my veggies. It was a little watery, I wish I'd had time to let it simmer more. Still very tasty!"

"Gluten free and delicious! I cut the sugar down to 1/3c and subbed about 1/4tsp stevia for the rest. I made one batch and baked for 30min and I thought it was too long because they were kind of dry, tried them for 25min and they were still wet in the middle so ill keep playing with it until I get it perfect! So addictive. Thanks for making brownie..."

"I halved the recipe for DH and myself. We loved it! Made lots of sauce for the rice and was super simple. Made up an extra batch and stuck it in the freezer for another night. Made my own taco seasoning using Kittencal's recipe."

"Eureka! Finally a roasted chicken recipe that I can use successfully! I have tried to roast chickens before but almost gave up forever until we went to our local farmers market and bought a beautiful hormone-free farm raised bird. It was about 5lbs, so I roasted it at 475 for 20 minutes and then 400 for an hour. I put about 2 cups of water and end..."

"Yum! I used about 1/3 agave instead of the brown sugar and used some crushed walnuts. I filled them with a teaspoon of blueberry preserve I got at the market this morning and they turned out perfectly! I used applesauce for the liquid. Very nice texture, not cakey and didn't stick to the paper. This will be my go-to GF muffin recipe"
