"I am SO glad that we ran out of milk this morning, because I would have been missing out on these lovelies! I pureed the cottage cheese curds first before mixing everything into it and the result was almost magical. I think we will be renaming this "Cheesecake Pancakes" because that's what they taste like! I halved the recipe for my family of 4 an..."

"This was SUPER sweet. My youngest daughter who will eat any dessert with chocolate couldn't even finish off her slice. The same went for the rest of the guests. :("

"I made this exactly as written and I'm not sure what happened, but it didn't turn out too well. The batter tasted ok, but after they baked it didn't taste the same. I wanted to like these because of the low GI, but alas... neither I or my family took more than a bite. :("

"What a tasty dish! My whole family enjoyed this recipe. I did make a few modifications as followed:

* added julienned carrots

"These were TOO good!! I used 2 cups AP flour 1/2 wheat (I try to sneak it in when I can. Turned out great, almost brownie like. My kind of cookie! We only had Andes Crme de Menthe chips on hand, so I used those which took a little more work. I'm definitely going to use the regular mint candies and upping it to a whole one instead of half. The ..."

"I LOVE this simple, yet delish meal! My husband even said that it has the right amount of sweetness and told me add this to my recipe collection. : I only had a can of crushed pineapples on hand, but I don't think any flavor was sacrificed. Also, I topped the chicken w/ slices of red onion before pouring the liquid. I think it added a bit to the ..."

"Delicious! Made this tonight for dinner and everybody loved it. I did make a few changes: Used 1T of Creole seasoning instead of 2T (didn't want it too spicy for my 4yo and increased the rice by half a cup. It turned out SO GOOD and satisfied my craving for 'Red Beans & Rice'. Thanks for sharing such a great recipe!"

"This is a great zuppa! We've never had the Olive Garden's version, but wanted to try a new Italian dish and gave this recipe a try. The second time I made it, I modified it to fit my family's tastes. Instead of using ground sausage, I baked the sausage in it's casing for 30 minutes or so in a 300* oven, then sliced it at an angle. Subbed the chick..."
