Reviewed Zucchini Cupcakes
"Made a cake instead of cupcakes for this (only because at the last minute realized I was out of liners LOL). Gave it to my BF to take to work and told him *not* to tell them it had zucchini in it (they snub their noses if it does). He said they wolfed it down and then he told them! High compliments, this was very tasty!! :)"

"Aaaahhhhhmazing!! These were so dang good! We have a bounty of zucchini this year. Trying to come up with different things to do with the zucchini can be a challenge! I love to cook, I love to eat and I'm always hungry for something new and exciting! We travel a lot and I enjoy baking and cooking for friends ands family.
My husband and I have a hard and fast rule in our house: I don't BBQ and he doesn't bake. Period. Seriously, I walked into the kitchen once to find him baking cookies for me. Now, while the thought was insanely sweet, the actions that I witnessed both scared me and shook my very foundation. Somewhere along the recipe, he left out and/or forgot an ingredient. He didnt "drop" or "roll" or "form" the cookies onto a cookie sheet, he smeared them, as if he were wiping his hand on a towel. And? They baked that way. That wasn't the worst of it. When I walked into the kitchen, he was taking the 'smeared biscuit cookies' straight from the oven into the cookie jar. There was no cooling period, nothing. Straight. Into. The. Cookie. Jar. When I protested and tried to reason with him, he insisted that they did not need to be cooled. *Sigh* Needless to say, the dogs would not eat the 'biscuit cookies', but my best friend tried them. Out of morbid curiosity.
Now, I've never had a BBQ experience anything remotely like my husband's baking 'skills', but I had to make that agreement with him to keep him from baking again :)
I love Chinese, Mexican, German, Creole, the list goes on! It would be easier to make a list of food that I DON'T like :)
Sweets are my weakness, I love to make them and love to eat them too :)
