"Made these for my kids for lunch in the oven today. Thanks for an easy delicious recipe! I baked at 350 for about an hour (probably didn't need that long but they were not overdone or dried out so it's all good"

"These are tasty & a great way to use up ripe bananas. Reminded me of eating a banana choc chip muffin top. DH said a little less oatmeal & a few more choc chips & they'd be awesome. But whole family did enjoy them. I used quick oats - still a pretty chewy texture. Maybe next time I'd try blending the oatmeal to a powder first (as I do in another c..."

"Delicious, moist & flavorful! My 4 & 1 year olds even loved it! I added 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts, 2 tablespoons ground flax seed, and I sprinkled the top with about 1/3 cup chocolate chips. I didn't have oat bran, so I used 1/2 cup quick oats. I will definitely make this one again!"

"We absolutely loved these! I didn't have them out in time to cook in the crockpot all day, so I cooked them in the oven at 350 for about 2 1/2 hours. Turned out so delicious and tender! This recipe is a keeper!"

"We really enjoyed this recipe - very easy and tasty! I tripled the recipe (but just used 1 packet of the onion soup mix as we eat a lot of pork chops in our house, so I needed to bake it a little extra because the pan was pretty full. The pork comes out nice and moist!"

"These are yummy! I also used light corn syrup, not knowing what white syrup is. And I made individual bites by using a mini muffin tin with liners. When I added the chocolate/pb to the top, I also added an m&m to each one. The oatmeal texture was not my DD's favorite, but DH said they're "good" and ate 4! - Just changed my rating from 4 stars to 5..."

"I'm not typically a fan of dark meat, but my husband is. So we tried this recipe and it was great! The only change I made was I added a few cloves of garlic pressed, and I used brown rice because that's what I had on hand. I also used 2 cups chicken stock and 2 cups water, again because of what I had on hand. We loved it - and it was very easy..."

"Very easy recipe with great results! I made a few small modifications - I used 1 cup all-purpose flour & 1/2 cup whole grain oat flour. I added 2 Tbsp of ground flax seed. I did not use salt or chocolate chips, but I did use 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts. I also sprinkled the tops with cinnamon sugar mix before baking. Easy enough to make before my..."

"LOVE these muffins - they are delicious! I did add some mini chocolate chips as we love the flavor of chocolate with banana. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly - yummy! The macadamia nuts add such a yummy flavor, I never would have thought to use them in muffins!"
