    About Me

I love my family, but culinary artists they are not. I'm beginning my "schooling" in the school of hard knocks - by way of the rolling pin! I have a few dishes I've mastered, but am looking to broaden my horizons greatly. I'm not one of those folks who look in the fridge, see a bottle of ketchup, take it out and make the best 4 course meal you've ever had - including dessert. I look in the fridge and call the pizza place! I'm hoping with more experience I can eventually make a couple of dishes.

    Favorite Foods

Stuff that's bad for me! I'm trying to learn the subtle flavors of food, and eat healthier, but what's life without chocolate?! My chili is 8 alarm - I finally toned it back to a 3 alarm, when no one would eat it! My homemade pizza is awesome. I make a better pie crust than either my Mom or my Grandma (but see the 'about me' section).
