"I made this tonight and we loved it! The only change I made was to omit the cayenne and used some Saracha (sp sauce. We topped ours with broken up tortilla chips and it was delicious. Can't wait to have more for lunch tomorrow :-D Thanks for posting!"

"This is a fantastic soup! The flavors are really great and the consistency is perfect. The only change I made was to use almond milk in place of the evaporated milk. The whole family loved it! Thanks so much...I really wish I'd doubled the recipe. ;-"

"I made these tonight and they are both easy and delicious! I topped half of them with glaze and the other half with cinnamon and sugar. I put mine on after they were baked though instead of before. I am anxious to play around with this and omit the spices and add some cocoa for chocolate ones....or plain with maple icing, powdered sugar coated...."

"Delicious and easy! My only complaint was putting the dough on parchment paper while baking. Mine stuck and I had to cut all the bottoms off because of it. Thanks! I know I will get plenty of use from this recipe :-"
