"This is a terrific, easy recipe. I cut it in half and used a cookie scoop. I turned away from the recipe for a minute and preheated my oven to 375 thinking that was the correct temp. OOOPS! Since I always eyeball my cookies after 7 or 8 minutes, I had no problem. Cookes were done to perfection in 8 minutes. I let them cool on the cookie sheet ..."

"Great Passover cookie recipe! I replaced the nuts with 1/2 cup mixed fruit and 1/2 cup chocolate chips as my son does not like nuts in baked goods. I baked for only 12 minutes as we don't like too crispy cookies. The taste and texture were excellent. Nice crunch on the outside, softer on the inside, especially right out of the oven. No probl..."

"I LOVE these cookies!! Fabulous flavor and texture. I made them with Earth Balance buttery spread as I have lactose sensitivites and butter is too rich. I halved the recipe, added a splash of almond extract, and coated cookies in sparkling sugar before popping them into the oven. Next batch, I'll dip half cookie in chocolate, other half, apric..."

"Just saw Giadia make this on Food Network and had to try it. Really delicious. And easy, too! I didn't use whole wheat pasta as I don't like it. I used plain ole semolina penne. Loved the goat cheese. I used Neufchatel (sp?? as my market didn't have reduced fat cream cheese. This sub was close enough. Loved the flavors and will make this a..."

"Miss Elizabeth, this is one awesome recipe. I was craving Indian Pudding this weekend, haven't had it in years, and tried the Yankee Mag recipe. Good, but not quite what I was searching for. I read the intro to your recipe and thought "this is what I'm looking for, I'll give it a try." So glad I did. Being lactose intolerant, I subbed soy mil..."
