    About Me

I am a guy who LOVES to cook! I learned to cook because Mom worked second shift and all Dad wanted to make was Hamburger and Bean casserole. It got old fast. So when I got home from school, I started on supper!

When I met my wife of 30 yrs I told her the kitchen was mine, she knew I knew how to to so it was not a problem! I have not killed anyone yet with my cooking!
